THE PROVOST.
DR. EMMANUEL IKENYIRI, KSC.
The Provost of the College Dr. Emmanuel Ikenyiri whose appointment was approved by the President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR for a term of four (4) years. In the first instance is with effect from May 17, 2018 is the 7thProvost/Chief Executive Officer of the institution established in 1988.
Born on 28th August 1960. Dr. Sir Emmanuel Ikenyiri hails from Obrikom Community in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The Provost who joined the College in 1999 and rose to the rank of Chief Lecturer in year 2011 has served the College in various capacities such as member, College Management and Academic Board, Head of Department Educational Psychology, Coordinator Guidance and Counseling Unit, Coordinator Students Industrial Works Experience (SIWES), Dean, School of Education and Director, Directorate of Quality Assurance of the College among other standing and Adhoc committees he headed.
He obtained his Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) History/Religious from the then Rivers State College of Education Port Harcourt, in affiliation with University of Ibadan 1981 – 1984, B.Ed Psychology, Guidance and Counseling 1987-1991, M.Ed, Guidance and Counseling 1982-1995, Ph.D Guidance and Counseling 2003-2007, all from the famous University of Port Harcourt in Rivers State.
On Community Services, he was the secretary Obrikom Students Union 1979-1980 and later served as President of the Union from 1980-1983, president, Obrikom Graduates Association 1994-2000, Chairman, Obrikom Community Development Committee (CDC) 2001-2003 and at the same period doubled as Chairman, Usomini Group Community Development Committee. He also served as Member, Rivers State Omoku Gas Turbine Monitoring and Implementation Committee 2002-2004, Member, Obrikom Constitution Drafting Committee 2008-2010, Secretary, Obrikom Committee of Eminent Persons and Professionals 2011, Chairman, Men ChristianAssociation ofSt. Peter’s (Anglican) Church Obrikom Deanery 2013-Date, Deputy Chancellor, Obrikom Unity Club (OUC) 2010-2013 and thereafter he was elected the Chancellor of the Club from 2013-2016.
The Provost who belongs to many professional bodies including, Colleges of Education Academic Union (COEASU), Nigeria Society for Educational Psychologists, Counseling Association of Nigeria, Nigeria Primary and Teacher Education Association, Teacher Registration Council of Nigerian (TRCN) among others. He has over 40 publications in National and International Academic Journals presented within Local and International, Ten Conference papers and also attended over thirty (30) Conferences and Workshops, both Local and International.
Dr. Emmanuel Ikenyiri a Knight of Saint Christopher (KSC) of Anglican Communion is happily married with Children and grandchildren.

DR. (PASTOR) LIVERPOOL EBOH ONYIJE (MNIM, FCAI, AP)
Dr. (Pastor) Liverpool Eboh Onyije, is the 3rdRegistrar/Secretary to Council of Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku, Rivers State. He joined the services of the College in 1997; was appointed Registrar of the College in August, 2011 and was also reappointed for second and final tenure in August, 2016.
The celebrated Minister of the gospel and an astute Administrator was born on 5th October 1957 at Aboh town in Delta State of Nigeria. Though born in Delta State, his parents of blessed memory were indigenes of Omoku Town in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Dr. (Pastor) Onyije had his primary education at the then People’s State School, Omoku, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1972. Realizing that he had only the Almighty God as his ever faithful parent, he worked very assiduously to give himself secondary education at the Sancta Maria High School, Omoku, where he obtained the West African School Certificate in 1977.By God’s infinite mercy, the hardship was made light through the Secondary School Scholarship awarded to him by the Rivers State Government.
Being so determined, he proceeded further to obtain the Nigeria Certificate in Education at the Rivers State College of Education, Rumuolumini, Port Harcourt in 1983; Bachelor of Science (Education) in Economics at the University of Calabar in 1987; Master of Education at the University of Port Harcourt in 2005 and Philosophy of Education (Ph.D) at the University of Port Harcourt in 2014.
Dr. Pastor Liverpool Eboh Onyije is the current and 3rd appointed Registrar of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku. He is also the Secretary to the College Governing Council, Management Committee and Academic Board.
Because of his service to God and mankind, he was found worthy to be ordained a Pastor (Redeemed Christian Church of God by the General Overseer, Pastor Enoch .A. Adeboye and was later appointed:(a) Area Pastor (RCCG, Omoku) Children of God Area, (b) Zonal Pastor (Covenant Zone) Omoku/Obrikom and (c) Elders Coordinator/Adviser (RCCG) Province 4 (Ahoada, Omoku, Abua axis). He is currently the Chairman of Elder’s Council, Rivers Province 11 of RCCG.
Dr. (Pastor) Onyije is a member of many organizations, among which are:

Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM)
Member, Teaching Profession of Nigeria

He was adorned with an Award of Honor by GMTI Board of Senate – Great Ministers Training Institute, USA and an Alumni, Training Guide International. He has many academic contributions in renowned Journals and Books of Reading. He also attended many conferences and workshops within and outside Nigeria where he presented articulate papers.
He is married and the marriage is blessed with God-fearing children.
DEPUTY PROVOST.
DR. M.M.M EKPA, JP
Dr Moses Member Mark Ekpa is a celebrated Chief Lecturer and the 6th Deputy Provost of FCE (T), Omoku, Rivers State but prior to his new position he was the Director, Consultancy Unit of the College.
Dr. Ekpa’s appointment which commenced on 1st September, 2019 was confirmed by the College Governing Council led by Prof. Aminu Mikailu at its 82nd meeting held in September, 2019.
Dr. Ekpa joined the services of the College in 1993 and has served the institution in several capacities such as HOD, Physics Education, Chairman, College of Education Academic Staff Union (COEASU), Dean, Student Affairs, Member, College Management Team, Chairman Committee on Quality Assurance, Director, Continuing Education Centre, Member Academic Board among other Academic and Administrative standing and Adhoc Committees he headed.
Born on 28th April, 1969, Dr. Ekpa an indigene of (Akieoniso) Oruama Community (Engenni) in Ahoada West Local Government of Orashi Rivers State. He obtained his B.Sc (Ed) Physics, M.Sc Applied Geophysics from the University of Port Harcourt 1992 and 1997 respectively and Ph.D Solid Earth Geophysics from the famous University of Nigeria, Nsukka 2017.
The Deputy Provost belongs to many professional bodies including Colleges of Education Academic Staff Union (COEASU), Nigeria Institute of Physics, Nigeria Institute for Training and Development, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), among others has many publications in national and international scholar journals.
Dr. M.M.M Ekpa is a Christian and happily married with Children.
He is a Justice of Peace.
THE BURSAR
LADY E.G INIMGBA
The Bursar of the College Lady Emilia Godswill Inimgba is the 6th and 1st female Bursar of the institution.
Her appointment took effect from 1st April, 2020 for a period of five (5) years in the first instance as was confirmed by the College Governing Council led by an erudite scholar, Professor Aminu Mikailu at its 85th meeting held on March 13th, 2020.
Born on 23rd February, 1964, Mrs. Inimgba an indigene of Amadi-Ama Community in Port Harcourt Local Government Area of Rivers State obtained her B.Sc Business Education (Accounting option) and Masters in Business Education Administration (MBA) Accountancy from the then Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt from 1983-1987 and 2002-2004 respectively and also attended the famous Nigerian College of Accountancy, Jos from 2009-2010 where she obtained her Association of National Accountants of Nigerian (ANAN) certificate.
The Bursar who joined the services of the College in 2001 as a senior Accountant has served the institution in several capacities such as Head of Procurement Unit, Head of Payroll Unit, Head Treasury Unit among other Adhoc and standing committees, belongs to many professional bodies and associations including Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Senior Staff Union of Colleges of Education in Nigeria (SSUCOEN) among others.
Mrs. Inimgba, a member of Anglican Church is married with children.
DIRECTOR OF WORKS AND SERVICES
ENGR. NATHAN NWOKOCHA
(MNSE, MIEEE, FCAI, FIPMD, FIMC, CMC)
Engr. Nathan Nwokocha is the 3rd substantive Director of Works and Services of Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku, Rivers State and member of College Management. He is a native of Omoku in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State. He attended Central State School, Omoku, where he obtained his First School Living Certificate in 1982 and had his Secondary School Education at Sancta Maria High School, Omoku, and obtained his West African School Certificate in 1986.
His being very good in mathematics and science and his love for Electricity (which form the basis of comfortable life) right from childhood propelled him to study Electrical Engineering in then Rivers State University of Science and Technology where he obtained Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering (Electronics option) in1997. He also obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engeering from same University.
Because of his keen interest in Information and Communication Technology which plays vital roles in all spheres of human life, he opted to study Information Technology at National Open University and Obtained Master of Science on this field. He also has Master of Engineering in Power Systems and High Voltage Engineering, from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also has in view Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Not being tired in academic pursuit and contribution to development of man and society, he is undergoing Ph.D IN Computer Science with specialization on Home Automation System at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State and at the verge of completion. Engr. N. Nwokocha has attended more than 20 conferences/workshops/seminars and professional trainings both home and abroad. He has published creditable papers in reputable journals and served others yet to be published in the field of Engineering, Information and Communication Technology. He has equally presented several educative seminars in the fields of Engineering, Sciences and spiritually.
In the light of his creditable leadership performance and valuable contribution to man and the society in general, the London Graduate School nominated him for the award of Honorary Doctorate Degree of Education of the Communication University in 2017. He is yet to travel to receive the award due to financial limitation.
